I am looking for a website where I can find how to make BANNERS? like the kind that loop down when you hang?

hang them.....the ones where the letters are seperate and are tied with a string./...
like the dollar store congrats ones.....I can't find a website on how to find them...


if anyone can answer this:

If you want to make your own, use card stock or foil, and reinforce the holes with these
