What can I do to get an energy boost without using caffeine? I get tired relatively early in the evening (about 9:00pm), I could sleep for a full 8 hours. I'd rather get tired a little later and sleep an hour less. Caffeine is bad for me, any suggestions?

If you are younger than 20, you need 8 hours sleep.

I have the same problem, only I was told if I ate the right foods I would not have this problem. You need to eat healthy. Excercise. Drink 8- 8 oz of water. I am telling you, yet I do not follow any of this either, if you ever solve this matter, email me and let me know, I am in bed at 9PM everyday, yet I start my next day early at 5AM everyday, yet I continue to be tired too. Goodluck. Thanks for writing.

Perhaps you require the full 8 hrs, especially if your body is telling you this. You could read something interesting or play a computer card game or something but if it doesn't work, stop fighting it and get some sleep.

but 8 hours is good for you so just go to bed early for awhile and see if it makes you feel better.
