No more or less than any conversations. Civilized people always "spin" their conversations based on the circumstances. They may use a lot of swear words in some places, and none in others, they may use simple words with children, and more sophisticated words with adults.

There isn't really any fully truthful conversations, because even people who are very close have different interpretations of the meanings of words.

I don't that they are. Because the truth usually is going to hurt someones feelings.

Here is one question I have for you what is truth. There is no such thing truth. There are things that you think are true but are they and will it remain so??? hmm.. pondering thought hmmm

No... as in politically guided conversations, we always portraying that truth , that SUITS us. so it never be truthful.
