Well, considering the fact that the heart is located behind some ribs that serve to protect the heart and other vital organs, I think it is highly unlikely, to say the least. Now, if he hadn't been having an affair, and there were no other apparent motives, it might seem at least possible, if not plausible. But given the fact that she had a very powerful motive, I think her defense is going to be an uphill battle. I have not yet read the entire story, but I am definitely planning to now!
