Well, considering the fact that the heart is located behind some ribs that serve to protect the heart and other vital organs, I think it is highly unlikely, to say the least. Now, if he hadn't been having an affair, and there were no other apparent motives, it might seem at least possible, if not plausible. But given the fact that she had a very powerful motive, I think her defense is going to be an uphill battle. I have not yet read the entire story, but I am definitely planning to now!

i assume that there is a query someplace in there. F*ck genuine looking rigidity and its many definitions regardless of the regulation (Which continually remains an Asss) anybody who's in my residing house without authorization it particularly is possible to my family individuals would be dealt with in this occasion , i might have not have been given any hesitation in killing if that's what's needed. i might then ask for a jury trial because of the fact regardless of the regulation the ordinary inhabitants is unwell to dying of little shites bashing the elderly, robbing the infirm and unwell in vast sunlight hours and bleeding coronary heart social workers and unethical attorneys getting those little barstards off. Oh Boo Hoo he's a refugee, Bo hoo she comes from a broken residing house.BOO HOO the residing house is stuffed with alcohol, F*ck them and the pony they rode in on. attorneys have a financial interest interior the perpetuation of criminal interest, keep me the B*llshit approximately rights of the guy and mitigating factors, right to a honest trial BS. No- one , no longer even the courts have any interest interior the rights of victims and now the victims are scuffling with lower back because of the fact they have no longer something to unfastened A jury trial might incredibly much assure that the expenditures could be thrown out and shyster attorneys will might desire to handle it. merely wish that once your residing house is broken into and your loved ones threatened you step up with greater that quoting sections of the act. Methinks you're full of Sh*t

I didn't read the story, but I've had a few near misses. We have a small tight kitchen. Under the right circumstances, it could happen.

I didn't read the story. But that's like the person that is suing McDonalds: you can't be serious. People are always blaming others for their actions.
