could the nobel peace prize be any more marginalized??? could it lower itself any lower??? *lol*

but then i thought after it gave the prize to a terrorist...it really was the bottom of the barrel....arafat..what a joke!! a bad one albeit....a joke none the less....

it seems i was wrong....perhaps i am wrong now...

perhaps they will find a way to make it even more meaningless..

You neo cons used to call him a robotic bore, and now you're saying he's a megalomaniac. Stick with an inaccurate metaphor, already!

Al Gore is doing what he thinks is the responsible thing to aid in our survival on an increasingly ecologically unstable planet, and won a nobel prize for his efforts. Perhaps you need a dictionary to look up the words you're bandying about like a semantical royal fool.

And anyway, the real stiff competition for that spot would be between Cheney and Ahmadinejad. Holocaust denier vs. "non-executive branch" vice president who shot someone in the face and got HIM to apologize for it.
