my landlord charges me 250. $ a month, if i a,m one day late shes charges me a fifty dollar late fee. is that legal.

If there is a dollar amount written in your lease that is what you go by. $50 seems a little much to me. I believe most landlords charge 10 or 15. As a landlord myself there is no late charge. If rent it paid on or before the first you get $25 discount, then a 5 day grace period. If I'm not paid by the 5th I proceed with eviction.

The time to question this was when you signed the lease agreement. If that is what the lease says...and your agreed to it..they yes it's legal.

YES, SHE CAN CHARGE YOU WHAT EVER SHE WANTS AS LONG AS ITS ON THE LEASE, IF YOU HAVE A TAA LEASE, SHE CAN NOT CHARGE NO MORE THAN $130 IN ONE MONTH THOUGH!

If it's in your rental agreement it's legal. Check your agreement, if it's not in there then she can't do that.
