My big toe is one of the parts I'm concerned about lol I also think that maybe a class action suit would be good any of you want to join me.

No, you need to take it up with the lip stick company. Only you know what parts you need to be concerned about.

Lol.I would be very concerned about your big toe of yours.Forget suing the women,you can get a bigger settlement from the make-up company.
