How do I find a list of traffic accidents in Melbourne, FL.?

Last 2 weeks of September - October 2007. Car hit by truck. Injuries.
Went to hospital.

I have looked in area newspapers, local jail websites, hospital websites, Florida hwy Patrol websites, clerk of court/traffic for a 1 month period with absolutely no luck. I do know all the peoples names that were arrested for drugs, battery, etc. and court dates.....

Local police, town highway department, planning board. State Highway, or planning, board. They might be keeping track if the area is a heavy accident area.
