Like the bible says, forgive and forget.

"And forgive us our sins, for we ourselves also forgive everyone that is in debt to us." (Luke 11:4)
According to this scripture, if we want God to forgive us, we must forgive others. Some sine are harder to pardon than others, so that is when we forgive as best we can and pray to Jehovah to help us forgive the person further.

The bible doesn't say "Forgive and Forget" exactly...
It says that we need to forgive those who offend us so that our Father in Heaven will forgive us!!!
So, yes, though someone offend me a thousand times, I will forgive them. I may not chill with them that much anymore, but it doesn't do me any good holding a grudge.

If you are unable to forgive, the only PERSON actually being hurt is yourself. The forgiving is fairly easy to do, its the forgetting that gives me the problems.......Have a GOOD ONE!!

most of the time, I forgive, but I NEVER forget...
Lately though, I've started to NOT forgive

Depends how bad a thing they did-
l don't never forgave my Mum- for screwing my life up, until after she died- then the people on here said l cant forgive someone once they are dead- because they never repented and that confused me- surely in my heart l can forgive anything l want because the bible tells me so.? If someone hurt me really bad it would take me along time to forgive them but i would never forget no way no how !!!!!!!!

i will forgive you but i will never forget.....once you've been hurt u can never really get that trust back with that person....but you can still learn to be civil with that person.
