I have a degree in forestry and in college, once a year we would have a 3 day gathering with a dozen or so other forestry schools in the SEC for various competitions. Most of the contests were technical in nature but a lot of them were also physical type events. I competed 3 years in the pole climb. My best time up a 20 foot pole was 4.8 seconds, I took 3rd place that year.
