Should I start using an eyebrow pencil? I have somewhat dark (medium mousy brown) colored eyebrows, and since I am italian they are thick (but I wax them once a month) and they grow back sooooo stinkin fast! Between the time the grow back and my next eyebrow appointment should I use a brow pencils to make the new hairs not so noticeable or just brush them so they are nice and clean, and bare with the stragglers?

Using an eyebrow pencil would be the same as letting them grow in. (Possible Bert of Sesame Street fame look)
I don't know if you get the product there but I use a pre-formed cold wax strip that I buy from WalMart. It's already cut to eyebrow shape (with extra for the middle part.) They are not really expensive and they work like a dream on short hairs.
Also to keep the bushy part down and in order my gramma taught me to use an eyebrow brush with some hairspray on it. (Don't use a hairspray that has alcohol though because you can dry your skin out and then..ewww...it will look like dandruff in your eyebrows.) Brush your eyebrows and trim them with manicure scissors, then spray the eyebrow brush with a little hairspray or gel.

For a more natural look if you don't want to use a pencil, get an angled brush and a powder. It looks more natural than pencil lines.

I would say brush them/trim them following your natural eyebrow curve so that way when they do grow back they will keep in a nice shape, although you could use the eye brow pencil just to fill in small lines/gaps.But in my opinion don't use the eyebrow pencil to thickly,as,I think the more natural looks better it's just 'managing' them.Good Luck!

Are your eyebrows not filling them in?
If you go natural, brush it, for when going out, USE an EYESHADOW instead. I Use MAC products and you need a good Angle Brush to apply it. IF you want to colour them in, do balance it with your eyes as they can look, a little...hmm.".How's it going...."

You want perfect lashes? I use the Brow Shaper from Bee-Luscious Cosmetics. This is awesome stuff. It takes a bit to learn how to use it but once you do your eyebrows will look perfect.

I'm Italian and my eyebrows aren't thick, they're thin.
If you were a real Italian you'd know that not all Italians are like you, but you are an American with Italian ancestry who knows nothing about Italians.
