I marched in the band in the Flamboua Lighted Night Parade in San Antonio when I was in high school. One year at Homecoming I was Miss Poppy and rode a float representing the American Legion.

Yes I have. This summer a friend of mine was in the Gay Pride parade and so I rode with her on the trolley for AARP. I'm not gay and I'm not that old but boy did I have a good time!

Plenty of them.
All throughout high school as part of the marching band (drill team)
Last year's gay pride parade as part of our church's float (not as protesters - our church is accepting)
Parades are really FUN! Except one year one of the girls nearly slipped on horse doo-doo during a kickline part of the routine (this was in high school - Holly! - remember that?)
