First turn off auto restart. that way when it shuts down you will get a blue screen error message. Let it shut down on you several times, to see whether the error message is the same each time. If it is the same each time, post it here or in a forum, as it will help to find the trouble. You can also use the "verifier" function of Windows to help identify a driver issue that could be causing this. Go to start, run, and type verifier . Then create a standards list, hit ok, select all unsigned drivers, hit ok, and your done. This will make Windows flag a bad driver as the problem, if in fact it is. The error message will include information such as "The sound driver has attempted to corrupt the system, and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer".
A couple things to help identify what the trouble is, and good luck!

Check the vents on the box and make sure they arent clogged with dust. If the vents become clogged the computer will overheat and you get problems such as this. It could also be a virus so do a scan with avg or whatever anti virus software you have installed.

If your saying that it shuts down and then reboots while you are using it I'd have the power supply checked if it is not infected.
