cook from scratch and hamburger about once a month ..I slave daily in the kitchen to make home cooked meals every_night..and actually enjoy it

I prefer to cook from scratch but there are days that time doesn't allow. And you know what? Sometimes that "hamburger helper" plan aint so bad!

cook from scratch - absolutely! I was just talking this over with my bf last night - the fact that I've never had hamburger Helper (and never will!). His ex makes it for his two daughters all the time.......those poor girls.

Man...I wish I could say I was industrious enough to even be a hamburger help-type of cook. I am more like a "let's go out"-type of cook!!
