In my city there are certain restrictions. You have to sell the dog neutered/spayed or have the person sign a contract that they will alter the dog by the time they are 6 months. The dog has to be in good health and have all the vaccinations for its age.

Unfortunately there are a lot of people that don't follow the rules. :(

No. Selling off the street corners requires a permit from the city. You'd have to go down to City Hall and get one from the City Clerk's office. The local ordinances in most small towns prohibit selling off street corners unless you've got a vendors license.

You would probably have to ask your local police officer. They know best. It'ss the only way to know if you would get arrested or not! Unfortunately, I don't have all the answers. But I DO have the way to the answers. Good Luck!

Legal or not, it is extremely unethical. I hope that is all the reason you need to not do it.
