Why doesn't Gore get that the hottest year was 1934?? (not 1998)?

Question

According to the NASA website, the hottest year in the past 130 years was 1934, not a year recently. . and 3 of the 5 hottest years since the 1880's were in the 1930's. . so why, if it's our driving and flying and using electricity that is supposedly causing "global warming" (what a hoax), have we not raised the temperature (with all our driving (millions more cars, trucks, planes, boats, buses, etc. . and millions more people using electricity than there were in 1934). . why can't we get it warmer now than in 1934?? In 73 years we haven't been able (even with all this "carbon-belching") to raise the temps high enough to beat 1934??. . Hmm. . could it be that carbon dioxide emissions have nothing to DO with any warming (real or made up)???

btw, THREE of 5 hottest years in the past 130 years were in the 1930s, and the #3 year was 1921. . so, even looking just at THESE years, you can tell the temperatures bounce around (also, it has been much warmer in the past, such as the Medieval warming period ( 11th, 12th centuries), times when they farmed in Greenland (there was no ice sheet there then, it was actually green (that's why it's called Greenland). . why are the biggest glaciers in the world getting BIGGER (as it gets colder). . we only hear from Gore from the smaller ones that are melting, but he ignores that far more water is freezing than is melting right now. . . hmm. . surprise surprise. . anyone can make statistics say anything they want to, and Gore is making a fortune from the fools who buy his lies.

Another excellent site, by a guy who's offered Gore hundreds of thousands of dollars to debate him, but Gore refuses (this guy took out full page ads in the NY Times and the Times of London, but Gore is AFRAID to debate, cause he knows he doesn't have a leg to stand on. The WORLD will be reminded what a liar and fraud he is. . .

Joseph II, do you really think we are reaching 1934 levels?. . then why haven't we reached that level yet?? if the third hottest year was 1921, and the hottest was 1934, the levels are bouncing around (by the way, according to those who push this stuff, it's been getting cooler since 1998) . . also, a lot of these same "green" (whackjob nut types) were warning us about GLOBAL COOLING back in the 70's and 80s and only recently started warning us about global warming. Doesn't that show you just how ridiculous these alarmists are??. . there's always something they have to alarm us about (even if there's no danger at all). . it's all about control, and it's all about destroying the US economy (and, since those morons on the Nobel committee hate the US as much as anyone, they want our economy destroyed, too).

Michael W, so you remember the temperature when you were two? My! You're quite a guy. Unfortunately, your quibble is with the weather records, (and NASA's website), not with me. If it wasn't that warm in 1934, and it's even cooler now, why is there this big Global Warming alarmism?? (also, by the way, I guess you haven't heard that Gore lied about the glaciers, too. Some small glaciers are melting (and they have done that for thousands of years), but most of the bigger glaciers are GROWING. . and creating millions more tons of ice each year in the world (but Al won't tell you that, cause he wouldn't make a fortune off his lying movie and his "carbon credit" scam. This whole global warming thing is just a new religion, complete with selling of indulgences (the 'carbon credits", so you can pollute and warm as much as you want, as long as you buy someone's credits who hasn't polluted as much as he can. What a crock!! Gore would have made a perfect Medieval Pope!!

JBuckeye, your summers are 3% hotter than WHAT??? That doesn't say anything!!. . maybe than in the 80's, so what??> . what about back in the 30s?? You think it's never been that warm in your state before?? You think the winters have never been milder before?? According to science and history, the world has been much warmer at times in the past than it is now. It warms and cools regularly and constantly, and, from what evidence is available, there isn't any proof at ALL that it's warming now!! The arctic is getting colder, MORE ice is being created than is melting (in the world overall), etc etc. . bla bla bla. . NO proof anywhere that it's getting warmer now. . in fact, it might WELL be getting cooler!!

I hate to tell you this, but you're suffering from the SAME problem that most Skeptics of Global Warming have... -You're thinking "Small". YES- '34 WAS the hottest year the United States has seen- thus far... But there's MORE to the WORLD- than US! We're talking about GLOBAL Warming here; & how the AVERAGE WORLD temperatures are at their Maximums... I mean THINK about it for a Second...- Isn't it just alittle LATE to start worrying about Global Warming- when almost EVERY YEAR the Average temperatures in the U.S. -are reaching 1934 levels ??! Well, we're fast approaching that NOW- & THAT's just HERE...-In many orther Countries of the World- their Maximum Averages have already been breached- REPEATEDLY. Al Gore is no Amatuer, -He KNOWS what he's talking about. Today he won the Nobel Prize- & it was a prize he REALLY deserves.

I gather that you don't believe in Global warming.? I was 2 in 1934 and it was not that hot I can tell you. Have a look at the melting ice caps, glaciers etc and then tell us its not getting warmer

are just plain wrong then on their studies?
I recently read that my State summers is 3% hotter now
and our winters been milder too.
