Mmmmm!!!! I ♥ pancakes!!!Chocolate Chips and Syrup sounds really yummy!!!! I will have to try that but right now my favorite is pancakes with strawberry syrup and strawberries sprinkled on top with whipped cream!!! Yum!!!
