ABSOLUTELY NOT! Everybody does it and everybody has kids. In fact, the release is physically and psychologically healthier than avoiding. You don't run out and your body will never start making less sperm. Also, the more you do masturbate, the less build up you have when you seal the deal with a girl, which means that you'll last longer. If you last longer, you'll likely get more chances to sleep with her which then would raise your chances of having kids! Don't worry, go enjoy yourself.
