No. If you bothered to read book seven (or for that matter, any of the various interviews with the author regarding this topic), you will understand why there will be no more Harry Potter books.
And yes, I have read all 7 books and seen all 5 movies that have been released. I have read the books only once, but I may reread them later. Some of the movies I have seen multiple times. I enjoy the movies, but the books are better.
I am 30 years old. I am the father of one (soon to be two) and the uncle to over a dozen nieces and nephews. A very large portion of my family has read all of the Potter books.

JKR has said numerous times there will be NO MORE books in the series. She is thinking about maybe doing something for charity like she has done before with Quidditch Through the Ages and Magical Beasts and Where to Find Them. So I have to say... no there will unforunatly be no more Harry Potter books =(. I have read all of the books ummmm 6 times through.

No, Jo is done with Harry Potter and I know that's final. I've read all the books - the 5th I read twice. There is no wizarding collage - the end is the end. And we all just have to accept that.
fyi: I've seen all the movies, own them. I saw the 3rd movie 5 times in theater. and the 4th one at least twice, maybe 3 times in theater (can't remember). I was very annoyed that they didn't film the Quidditch World Cup.
but yeah. that's all.

Just the encyclopedia. I really hope that nobody else tries to write the stories of the next generation. If JKR doesnt do it then it will be crap. I have probably read 1-4 about 8 times each. 5 about 4. 6 i read 5 times. 7 i read soooo many times from cover to cover 10 and then i read little snippets out of it too. i know im a loser

There won't be anymore HP books. I think the encyclopedia is a possibility- I've heard several rumors about one of those...
I honestly wouldn't enjoy another series about Harry's kids. Voldemort was the ultimate evil, and they already defeatedit. Anything on top of that would either be over-the-top or not atrong enough of a problem.
The only thing that I might be interested in is the story about Hogwart's founders. That would make an interesting book.

Well, I don't think there will be any more HP books.(Written by J.K.R. at least) I can't wait for the HP Encyclopedia!!! Yes, I have read all the books at least twice. Also if anyone else wants to know more about Harry's life after the books, pay attention to J.K.'s interviews, she says that both Ron and Harry are Aurors.
Thanks for the HP Question!!!
(EVERYONE SHOULD CHECK OUT POTTERCAST!!! IT ROCKS!) -Luv ya Melissa, John, & Sue

It's rumored that Rowling is going to write some sort of prequel. I don't claim to know if that is true or not but I'll rush out to buy it if she does. As for how many times I've read the books, about five or six times a piece.
