Well Zim has given you the correct answer. To show you how this comes about it's obvious that the first bag must contain one penny. The second bag must surely contain two pennies (one penny would have totalled two pennies in all but that would be that). So now we have 1 + 2 = 3. There is no need for the next bag to contain 3pennies because we can already total this with what we've got. So the next bag must contain 4 pennies. This gives us 1+ 2 + 4 pennies which total 1p, 2p, 3p, 4p, 5p, 6p,7p. If we now add 8p. There are a number of permutations that fulfil the requirements.

Don't put the pennys in the bags. You didn't say anything about putting them in the bags!

there is inadequate information to respond to the question. as properly, this is not appropriate how plenty is in each bag if he won't be able to open them besides. He has the different 15 in his pocket.

once you have put the money in dont close or seal the bags, then you havent got to open them to get the money out!
or place the money on top of the bags!
