I have to say Kevin cause hes more low-key while Britney is abusing drugs and alcohol on a daily basis. Shes totally out of control. Her behavior is getting weirder and wackier everyday. Something isnt right with Britney. Shes a walking trainwreck. Kevin seems more stable and thats what the kids need is stability in their lives not a mother who goes out partying drinking and doing drugs almost every night and stripping off acting weird. I just hope Britney gets the professional help that she needs so she can get her life back on track and be a good mother to her kids

Kevin Federline. At least I can count on him to stand up and take care of his responsibilities as those boys' father. Britney is just too much into partying and drugs and going in and out of rehab to even think of her "mistakes." I think it's good that Britney lost custody.

Britney will do anything for publicity. I think she loves the media more than anyone on the face of the earth. When Anna Nicole died, she shaved her head and really started acting out. Why? That's a difficult question. Healthy children need to be raised in a healthy environment which neither of the children is receiving. I see Brittany in the news more than I see Kevin. But she is better known than he is. In MA the courts do not like to take the children away form the mother unless it is a hopeless case. But, the mother has to be absolutely hopeless. I don't know if I agree with that either. Sometimes, because of lack of money in Social Services, the children will be given to the mother, and it turns out to be a sad, horrific situation.

With Brittany and Kevin, I think both need to get their act together if they want to provide their sons with a happy, healthy environment. I personally don't feel that Hollywood is the place to raise children. I wouldn't want to be watching T.V. 12 to 15 years from now, and see Brittany's sons in the news for drugs and alcohol etc., products of their parents' unstable lives. So sad!

Kevin deserves the kid because he seems like a better parents and is more low key. Britney parties to much and cant even take care of herself, much less take care of 2 small babies. Besides, she does drugs and alcohol on a regular basis thats why the judge ordered to take the kids away from her.

i think that right now britney is losing it. she needs to take a break from her career and life and move somewhere else where there isn't any paparazi. like mexico or something. i think she could walk alot there and eat great food and not spend so much money. she would lose weight, have freedom from the cameras and learn new culture and everything. I think that would help her so much and then when she gos back to l.a. she could take her kids back. so to answer your question, i think it's good that right now she's getting a break and she should take advantage of it. i feel bad for her : (

I think custody should have went to Britney's mom and dad. She came from a good environment after all.

Isn't it about what the kids deserve??? Both parents to get their **** together and start being real parents!! At least their Daddy is working hard to show that he is at least trying to do what is right for them. Britney needs to quit behaving like a rebellious teenager and start behaving like a mother.
