When it comes to wearing a white blouse/shirt what color bra are you supposed to wear underneath? or What is the fashion no-no on bra color under a white blouse/shirt??
Are you suppose to wear a black bra underneath or a white bra??

If you can find one, you should wear one that is close to your skin tone. Both white and black will show beneath. If someone is extremely pale, they may be able to get away with white and someone with very dark skin can do black, but for the most part, people cannot.

The rule is:
Wear a bra the color of your skin [ nude, beige, tan, cocoa ]
under a white blouse or shirt.

Neither.
A tan, seamless bra is the best bet. Other colors (even white) show through.

A nude bra, but if it white or black are the only options, black looks way less tacky then white.

Nude is a must. Nothing with any color,even white.
