BusinessWeek and US News Reports both rank B-Schools. I've included links below.

In my opinion, the best for undergraduate degrees are Wharton, MIT, Berkeley, Michigan, NYU and Virginia. Slightly below them are schools like UNC, Maryland, USC, Villanova and Texas.

Many of the schools with the best MBA programs don't have undergraduate B-Schools. My list of schools at the top for an MBA are:

Chicago, Wharton, Duke, MIT, Northwestern, Columbia, Dartmouth. Harvard doesn't make my top ten -- but is close.

Very few schools outside the US reach the quality of US schools. Those that do (London Business School and INSEAD) do not offer undergraduate degrees.

At the undergraduate level, the Wharton school is currently ranked highest for business. At the graduate level, while it isn't always the highest-ranked, Harvard Business School is the best known (but other schools, like Wharton, MIT, Northwestern, etc., get ranked at the top too).
