According to news reports yesterday, a judge ordered Bell to prison, as he found that the beating that Bell took part in was in violation of his probation.

He's allready in custody now.
It's for his previous charges.
The last incident violated his parole from many other charges and convictions of violence.
Guess that was bail money well spent. I bet the dentist that signed that check is a little disapointed.

He's been sent to juvie for violating probation. Still no word on when the new trial on the assault charges will be.
