Solar refers to our sun, and only our sun.
Other planets that orbit other stars are called planetary systems or star systems.
There is one solar system, there are hundreds of discovered planetary systems with probably billions and billions out there

No one knows yet.

Besides our own solar system, astronomers have found over 160 other stars that have at least one detected planet in orbit (a total of 252 exoplanets have been found).
Scientists believe that solar systems are relatively common occurrences in the spiral arms of our galaxy (and probably most spiral galaxies in general).

So the total could be billions.

No one really knows. In the later nineties scientist had counted 70 in our galaxy alone. I am sure that the number has already increased. scientists estimate that there may be many billions of solar systems in our galaxy.

There's only one that we live in. But there are others around other suns. Nobody knows how many - we don't have the technology to detect them all yet.
