No. The essence of business -- what makes a business a bust or great--comes from the igniters, those who start or lead businesses and their innovations. A key element of business essence is brand, and brand also comes from within. Life and death comes with essence, and the essence comes from inside business.

That's very vague, I can't understand what you mean by "essence" or "outside itself".
