I just have one question for those who are pro-choice:

How would you feel if your mother aborted you?

Abortion is murder. It may not look human, it may be small, and it may be dependent on it's mother--but it has the right to life just like the rest of us.

Choice is all yours - I think that once an embryo implants itself its a baby - its a really really really tiny baby - so personally I wouldn't - but there is no sense in having a baby if you can't take care of it and its just going to grow up abused and troubled and we don't need to put anymore kids through foster care - the only way I think people should adopt out is if they find the parents before the baby is born!- Pro choice!!! - if your are having trouble making the decision don't let other people discourage you from doing what you think is right - if it were really murder it would be illegal

oh and for the people who try to put guilt in pro- choice desicion makers - who are you to decide anyone elses fate including an unborn babies - some people just don't need to have babies - they are too young or too ****** up or whatever - foster homes are in short supply and abusive in a percentage larger than need be - and orphanages or over crowded - having a baby is expensive too - some people can't afford it - there are many reasons - I used to be pro-life and then I had friends who had to deal with the option - and it changed my opinion - pro-life is close minded

ok I know this is like the 3rd time I have added to this but I just wanted to point out that abortions arrange from $375 - $600 so I really doubt that people are thinking of it as a form of birth control ( cuz thats some expensive birth control) and sometimes **** just happens - a good friend of mine was concieved while mommy was on birth control and used a condom - God is God and he tests all the time - doesn't mean ppl make the desicion he may want - and no one really knows how God feels about abortion - he takes little babies away from us all the time - makes mom's who can't concieve - anyway this has to be why the world is the way it is if we don't like it then its not supposed to happen

My god, I am Beyond sick of seeing this question. It causes nothing but drama. Point Blank Period. I could understand a woman asking as if she were considering having one, or even someone doing a report on it. But just to stir things up is pointless. Were all adults here but whenever this question is asked people act childish and start "HATING" people over it. It's Re-Gosh Damn Diculous.

The bottom line is that it is LEGAL, and there is nothing that can change that. No one is in another persons shoes, therefor you don't know what is going on. Than to think that they arnt going through emotional issues on their own without you telling them their selfish, uneducated, and irresponsible. That worsens the situation and shows how CHILDISH you really are.

Like i said earlier, its a womans choice! Women fought for so many years to have RIGHTS! Than you wanna start taking them away. Thats absoloutly absurd. GROW UP PEOPLE HONESTLY.

Focus more attention on your own kids, and issues in your personal life, instead of making everyones elses BUSINESS YOUR PRIORITY

If you really want everyones opinion, than put this in the polls and survey section titled "What do you think of abortion"
and than list your answers as : A.MURDER
B.WOMANS CHOICE
C:DEPENDS ON THE SITUATION OR
D:UNDECIDED.

Well, I am by far the minority and expect all kinds of nice little thumbs downs... but I think it is up to EACH woman to decide on her own what to do with her unexpected/unwanted/unplanned pregnancy, without the influence of family, friends, clergy or the government.
Why do I think this?
Accidents happen. No birth control is 100% effective. Any woman who is forced to carry a pregnancy that she is not interested in is NOT going to be a good mother.
Give the baby up for adoption instead? Well, that still leaves a woman unwillingly pregnant for 9 months. How is it my place or your place to tell her that she HAS to stay pregnant and HAS to give birth whether she wants to or not?
Then there are the rare cases of incest or rape resulting in pregnancy.... no woman should be forced to carry a child conceived in hatred.

I, personally, could never do it. Do I think it is murder? Absolutely not. If it was, it would be illegal. I don't approve of women who use it as a form of birth control, but the women who are responsible about it and do it for good reasons, well, then more power to them, for being able to choose for themselves. I know of someone who was raped, couldn't tell her bf for her own personal reasons, and chose to get an abortion. I supported her through it all, and even helped her pay for it. When we pulled up, there were protesters outside. That, to me, is worse than an abortion. Driving down the street to see posters of dead infants, that my 16 month old, or my 6 and 4 year olds, could obviously see, is ten times worse than someone getting an abortion discreetly. Those that are pro life, fine. Those pro choice, fine. Stop trying to shove your beliefs down someone elses throat, though. You have your beliefs, we have ours, and so be it. The posters have to stop. I don't want my kids seeing that.

MURDER! OMG...I have been pregnant twice, and there is no way that I could possibly want to kill my unborn children. If you aren't responsible enough to be using birth control, then why in the hell are you even having sex?!?!? I know what its like to lose myself in the moment, I know what its like in the heat of passion, but I have always used birthcontrol. I hate these young woman who decide that if they ever got pregnant, their first choice would be abortion! Or how abortion becomes birthcontrol for them. Stop having sex until you are mature enough to deal with the consequences. If abortion is a first choice, then sex shouldn't be an option!
Be mature, and responsible when it comes to sex. Who cares if everyone is doing it, or your boyfriend pressures you into it, if you get pregnant, do the right thing, carry it to term and if you feel like you can't raise the baby on your own, then give it up for adoption. There are 1000s of family's who want children but can't have them.
Abortion, I hate the word!

I think it depends on the situation.
I have never been raped and I have never cheated with a
married man but if I became pregnant from one of these situations (I would never be with a married man but you know what I mean) then I may consider it. If I got my tubes tied,
or if my husband got his vasectomy then that means we don't want anymore children... if I became pregnant after one of those surgeries then I also might really consider geting an abortion because I couldn't sue anyone.

Edit:
I agree with morninglory.

Don't you know that no birth control is 100% - not even getting your tubes tied or getting a vasectomy.

I believe abortion is murder, and I believe that life begins at conception. when my wife became pregnant with our son, the first thing she said yo me was, "I can't believe there's a living thing inside of me", and I agreed. Heaven is filled with babies that didn't get the chance to fulfill lifes destinity, and the doctors who perform these herendous crimes will have to answer for it. And so will the parents.

At first I wanted one( i know horrible right)but then i went to this really churchy pregnancy place and they changed my mind up. I think it is terrible. If someone is responsible enough to have sex they should be responsible to carry it 9 months and either adoption or keep it. that cell didnt ask to be created, its a living being no matter what and does deserve a chance. I mean how do they know their kid wouldn't cure aids or become something to be proud of...
