Well, that all depends on how hard you work and how much you practice. Remember, life is sort of like a shelf in a store. You can have anything you want that is on the shelf, but you have got to pay the price.

Which "grade 2"? Each piano series has different levels and grades.... for some, grade 1 is just learning where the keys are and playing music in the Key of C in the home position. If you practice 1/2 hour a day or more, you can breeze through that. Other series, like Thompson, finishing grade 1 is like finishing level 3 in other series.
Don't measure your progress in numbers; measure it in accomplishements. Yes, if you practice hard, you will easily be able to play most simple / moderate pieces in 4 years.

Depends on how old you are, and how much dedication you have. If you're in you're teens or older, with dedication you can probably whip through levels 1A and 1B in a year (about 6 months each level). Or, if you're old enough and have some basic piano knowledge, your teacher might just skip you right through.
After that, expect it to take about 1 year for each level. Once you get to the higher levels (7, 8, 9), it can take 2 years to get through a level.

Depends on how hard you work, if you totally dedicate and practice everyday, you can probablly go through two levels in a year, but it depends on the person really, if she/he can actually really like to play the piano and can focus on it, they succed to the professional level.

Depends on how much you practice. According to your note you should beable to do it in 9.6 months.
If you practice and do well you could beat that.
