I do a blog of animal facts, and animal facts pages, that list animals and what they eat and what preys on them. If the link below doesn't give you enough facts on the animals, try my pages. There are resources at the bottom, too, to help for further research.

This food chain is for the Mississippi River. Perhaps you can adapt it for your project by substituting the inhabitants of the Nile. All you have to do is find out what lives in the Nile River.
