convert to minutes
So we are talking about 71 minutes
Paul = 20.47 x 71 = 1453.37 words
Albert = 30.85 x 71 minutes =2190.35 words
So Albert typed 736.98 (737) more words in that time.

Paul types 20.47 words/minute
Albert types 30.85 words/minute

1 hour and 11 minutes = 71 minutes.

So multiply each rate by 71 minutes. This will cancel out the units of minutes. from there you need to take the difference in the two to get the answer...

Ex.
50 word/minute - Jeff
30 words/minute - Bill
in 100 minutes

5000 words - Jeff
3000 words - Bill
So Jeff types 2000 words more than Bill in 100 minutes...

So in 1 min Albert types 30.85 - 20.47 words more than Paul.

So in 1 hour and 11 minutes, Albert will type (30.85 - 20.47) * (60 + 11) words more than Albert

or 10.38 * 71 = 736.98 words more

1 hour and 11 minutes is 71 minutes.

Albert types (30.85 words per minute) × (71 minutes) = 2190.35 words.

Paul types (20.47 words per minute) × (71 minutes) = 1453.37 words.

Truncating the fractions (we're not really going to count .35 or .37 of a word, are we?), 2190 - 1453 = 737 words.
