Walt Disney World is one special magical spot on the Earth!
It is a place where you and your partner can feel comfortable and happy! Holding hands is appropriate, but regardless of orientation heavy PDA of course is not appropriate (but you only asked about holding hands so I suppose you already now this).
If you have additional questions http://www.gaydays.com is a great resource, http://www.gayorlando.com and also http://www.OrlandoFunTickets.com is gay friendly planning company.
Have fun!

Yes. You should not have problems holding hands. What is appropriate is anything that is appropriate for anyone in a public, family oriented place.
But Disney is more than just theme parks. There is night life there too. In fact, every Thursday at Mannequins dance club in Pleasure Island is an unofficial gay night. It is always a mixed crowd, but more gay people are there than any other night.

If you're talking about the cast members, no, you won't have a problem there at all. What you'll have to worry about (just like when you're walking down the street anywhere) is a bigoted random park guest.
However, thanks to the heavily publicized boycott of Disney parks a while back, those people don't show up too much.
I've certainly seen lesbians and gays holding hands at WDW without any problems. If someone did say something, I really can't imagine the staff or other guests putting up with it.

I think it's sad you feel it necessary to ask this question. But here's the answer: You can do anything you want. Within reason of course. No couple can can just "go at it" on Main Street USA! lol.
But seriously, Disney is an extremely liberal place. I would guess that over half of their employees are gay themselves. And Disney offers their live-in partners health benefits too.
There's nothing to be ashamed of. They will not kick you out if you and your partner kiss or embrace. SO enjoy yourself! If people have a problem with it, let it ruin their vacation, not yours!
Have a blast!

hahahahahahahaah, let me catch my breath, hhahahahahaahahahahahhhaahahahahahahaahah. Someone should be asking is Disney World hetro friendly. About 90% of the staff at Disney is gay... the only thing you might have to worry about is someone trying to steal your partner. I can promise you it is the most gay friendly place you will ever visit.

I don't think you would have a problem. Their was gay couples on the Disney Cruise and no one had a problem with it there. I see gay couples at Disney all of the time and no one pay them too much attention.

Very friendly. Almost all the men who work there are gay; seriously. However to correct you, Disney's official stance is that they are not responsible for the "gay days"...

I would try to shy away from PDA with you and your partner at Disney World. I seriously doubt anybody would say anything to you but I am sure there would be some offended people.
