When you say change underwear, I am hoping that you are changing the old underwear for some new underwear that you have just bought from the store. I hope that is the annual change that you are talking about. If not..............ughhh gross.

Oh man, you have a dilemma about that? Well let me help you - try doing that more frequently - once a day is enough, of course you can change them twice if you want. But for a beginning get used on changing `em daily.

depends on what im wearing or where I'm going..sometimes 2 or 3 trimes a day.. different outfits require different undergarments

Depends on where you are from. You should change them EVERY DAY. If you can.
