i've heard of berklee school of music and music institute but i dont think so that these two have anything to with sighning you up with a record company.

No, of course not. If you want to perform with a band, you must make your own contacts.
Find out where local musicians perform, in the city where you live, and ask if you can play with them.

No nothing like that is easy it takes a lot of hard work and determination to get signed let alone you have to have talent. Im not saying you do or dont im just saying that very few make it that far. so good luck. get a computer and put your music on disk and start passing it out do open mic nights.
