My friend has this EXTREMELY annoying song stuck in her head, and it goes something like this:

I just go on ahead and sing it, maybe while I'm doing something else. The more you try to ignore it, the harder it is to stop thinking about it. Like when someone says try not to think of a white elephant, and the first thing you do is think of a white elephant. And when you get THAT song out of your head:

Yes it goes on and on my friend.
Some people started singing it, not knowing what it was,
and they'll continue singing it forever just because.

Same thing happened to me with that shawn kingston song - Beautiful girl. I don't know why I know all the lyrics for some reason. It just helps to put one of your all time favorite songs on.

Sing another song really loud in her ear...and then..say "abracadabra" and that annoying song that you sing will replace the one stuck in her head that you and her are trying to get rid of!

When you wake up in the morning it will usally be gone if you don't try to hard.
if that doesnt work try getting a less annoying song in your head.
if all else fails, get it stuck in someone elses head. cruel but it works.

watch a really funny or really scary movie (I prefere funny scary is to much for some peple) or tell her to listen to another song or the thing that's hard but works is tosing it out loud or in your mind as many times over and over again!!
