I am wanting to rent out a room in our condo that we own and have been looking for rental agreements online and havent had any luck... any suggestions??

Consult with a local real estate attorney. Landlord / Tenant law varies widely among various jurisdictions. You need to make sure that you have a contract that will stand up in court in your local jurisdiction. Get this wrong and you will pay dearly for your mistake!

Also, before you even think of doing this, contact your HOA and see if this is a permitted use of your unit. Most condo HOAs bar the letting of rooms and if this is the case with your condo association you'll only get yourself in legal trouble with them if you try to let out a room.

You can do a search on "Rental agreement form" or "Legal forms" and add the name of your state to the search.
Also most of large office supply stores sell standard forms. You can buy one and reword it slightly.
