No Doubt on Saurav Ganguly, ************************ Rahul Dravid is far away from Saurav Ganguly in Captaincy Beacause Skipper should be some aggressive and have the ability to motivate players for performing well....... So Saurav is a better better better captain than Rahul Dravid or any other Indian Captain

Ganguly was an aggressive captain. during his tenure the players in his team performed exceedingly well and that was the main reason for his success. By the time Dravid took over, the performance of the players in the team was not as good as before and as such dravid could not win many matches as compared to ganguly. Dhoni has just taken over as captain and it is totally unfair to assess his captaincy at this stage.

A captain is as good as his team. Saurov had a bunch of spirited cricketers and a non dictatorial coach. When Dravid led the same bunch he was already burdened with a coach like chappel who sowed the seeds of division among the coach threw out the guy who brought him in, and started the rift between old and new generations. Poor Dravid he had to leave the captaincy for all this politics...

A captain's qualities.
1.Good rapport with players.
2.Good strategy during play.
Though both Ganguly and Dravid had good rapport with the players,Ganguly was able to inspire the youngsters more. Dravid was unfortunate to be affected by the disturbances during G.Chappell's period.
Both were just about average in strategy.
Dhoni has just begun, let us wait.

S.G. is a natural leader, when given to lead two hundred per cent comes out of him. He enthuses players to perform to the most of their capabilities. R.D. seems to be a Brahmin, he wants to shoulder all the responsibility himself to trouble least the others! it is too early to comment on Dhoni, but MSD is too cool and I have neve seen him blurting out words of encouragemnet to bowlers on field even when he was not a captain. A few words of encouragement are more than needed if you have players of the like Bhajji, Yuvvi, Srisanth and Dinesh Kartik on the fielf who do not like a silent game on the field. So MSD is found lacking here.

2Dravid - lead his team to an group stage K.O.
3.Captain Dhoni - will keep his words VS Australia for the next two match-ups.

Every captain has his own part to play and that depends on the situation of the game that he is captaining. We should not try to find out differences by taking results in consideration. If we are neutral to the true sense such question can never arise in our mind.

Hi there !
In total, they dont make any difference to the public or the team......even if it had been any other captain, 20-20 would have been won by India...okay ?
It will make a world of difference to them personally...definitely...in the sort of cars they buy...type of houses they buy...life style etc etc...
best wishes !
