I paid a bill balance in june of 07. It was only $70.00 dollars. Anyway, til this day they have not cleared that balance. I have even paid off a higher balance after that. I faxed all the paperwork and proof the check cleared. They still have not cleared it and still are asking the same exact questions of when it was paid. They've told me they received my fax copy of the cleared check and say it has to be investigated again. What is wrong with these people at Dell? And, they don't even operate in the U.S. People are dying for jobs here in the U.S. and their giving them to other countries. Anyway, I want it known that I would never recommend Dell Financial and that people should know that there customer service is really bad.

I've dealt with Dell Financial for years without ever experiencing any kind of a problem, or ever having any negative situations. I find the company to be superior when it comes to customer service matters. -RKO- 10/12/07

Call again! Insist on speaking with a supervisor or manager. This (paid) outstanding balance with Dell might affect your credit.

AOL must be doing their billing.

Keep calling/writing, maybe casually mention "my lawyer", etc..
