I paid a bill balance in june of 07. It was only $70.00 dollars. Anyway, til this day they have not cleared that balance. I have even paid off a higher balance after that. I faxed all the paperwork and proof the check cleared. They still have not cleared it and still are asking the same exact questions of when it was paid. They've told me they received my fax copy of the cleared check and say it has to be investigated again. What is wrong with these people at Dell? And, they don't even operate in the U.S. People are dying for jobs here in the U.S. and their giving them to other countries. Anyway, I want it known that I would never recommend Dell Financial and that people should know that there customer service is really bad.
