1. Hirings - offer millions for Motor City Machine Guns, and AJ Styles. Hire most of the ECW originals and bring back extreme rules.
2. Firings - Fire Khali
3. For an ECW storyline, the ECW roster invade Smackdown and Raw, and take over leading to a ECW vs WWE type PPV. I would definitely tune into ECW then.

Abyss to RAW. He could feud with Snitsky, which would be insane.
Kane to ECW. If he went to there, ECW would get more viewers.
Cena = fired. He's basically killed fanbase the past year.
Orton&HHH = promotion. The last man standing match they put on at No Mercy was outstanding.
I would do a storyline for Morrison and HBK, transitioning Morrison to Raw.

if i was chairman i would do the following
-get rid of the useless talent-henry khali rhodes boogeyman and all that crap ****.lol
-release some more ppl and combine all three brands
-i would hire aj styles kurt angle and motor city machine gunz multiple millions
-bring the rock or a big attitude era star back
-fire the creative team and get heyman and bishoff back and new writers.
-get rid of ecw raw and smackdown no brand extension and cut down on all these ppvs cut it to one a month.

3. Feud between HBK and Umaga, Feud between Randy Orton and Mr. Kennedy, Feud between HHH and Jeff Hardy + Matt Hardy

Storyline - After a brutal match the lights out and then......From the speakers the Hulk Hogan's entrance music for some seconds then all the living wrestling legends come from the ramp !!! that is simply awesome .. dunno maybe some legend matches :))
