maybe so but ignorance is bliss. not being completely honest with yourself may just lead to happiness :)

If a person has self awareness issues he might have a hard time being honest with himself, even if he want to.

Not nessasarily. I can be honest to myself and just say to myself "I am me." In this way i'm always being honest (told no lies). But then again i never did much, so how can i know the rest of me?
