we have`a new lexmark and it wont let me use refilled cartridges? anyone know way around this?

Hi. The cartridges I use for Lexmark do not have a chip for tracking use in them. I have refilled them myself and they worked fine. You do, however, have to tell the printer that they are new in the setup. Try that.
