I just bought a ATI radeon HD 2400 series and it doesnt seem compatible for a game I just bought(enemy territory:quake wars). What videos cards do you recommend for these types of games(first person shooters)?

nvidia geforce 8600GT. preferably made by evga. evga has a step-up program where in the first 90 days, you can exchange it in for a better one and only pay the difference between the cards. if you wanta even better card, try for a 8800GTS. top grade performance. the 320mb version is around 300 and the 640 is at almost 400. or you can try the 8800GTX. the gtx should last you a while. costs over 500 tho...

if you decide to get the GTS or GTX, you should take a ruler out and measure your case. the GTS is at around 10 inches and the GTX is like 14.
