Demon Piccolo would rip Naruto to sh!t, no question there! He'd simply use mafuba and seal Naruto in a bottle for eternity.

Demon Naruto, you can't kill the Nine Tails, Naruto would crush Piccolo if you was using all the tails of the Fox. Piccolo strong but not that strong.

Piccolo because he is part of the DB universe, which is unmatched by any other universe in terms of power. Piccolo had enough power to blow up an entire planet part way though DBZ, and his powers have only gone up expedentially from there...
Naruto can't match him in terms of power, and he doesn't have any crafty/cheap abilities that could take care of Piccolo. No contest.

but a FULL FLEDGED NINE TAILS NARUTO might hava a chance as well....
