Make a haunted house. Just put some trashbags around the garage and play creepy music.

Afterwards maybe some scary movies playing. Or buy some halloween games. They sell them you just have to look around. I think a old game was called nightmare not sure.

You can have a scary story telling hour. See who can make the best one and hand out prizes.

You can make boxes and place a "spooky" item at the bottom and have the kids put their hands in. They have to guess what is inside. If they're brave enough to put their hand in.

Put like a rubber hairy spider, or peeled grapes.

If you need some good ideas a lot of bookstores have halloween idea books up by now. I found a good amount of reading at Borders.

Whats the point of a halloween party if no one dresses up. Would she like to ask people to dress as their favorite movie or singing stars They could do scary face painting. They could carve or paint pumpkins. How about letting them paint your windows with Halloween decorations using washable paint. Remember to have lots of fun food to snack on.

I'm 12 so if I was her I would want cool food first of all. For example, you could make cupcakes with ghost drawings on them. Or you could make brownies that have snickers or 3 Musketeers in them. (I did this with my friend the other day and there awsome!!!) For activities, you could make ghosts out of lollipops and tissue paper. Also you could buy gords that look like pumpkins and color them with markers. Heres another cool thing to do: http://www.parents.com/parents/slideshow/slideShow.jsp?slideid=/templatedata/parents/slideshow/data/1191963540838.xml
This website has tons of cool activities!!! Good Luck!
