There are no generalizations by culture as far as intelligence goes - every culture has their einsteins and their doofuses. Some cultures are better about educating their kids though, and the U.S. is unfortunately not one of them. We consistently rank really low on the list of countries with the "best education."
As far as who is more well-liked, there's a pretty intense campaign against the Iranian president right now in this country, so I would say most Americans would say Asians. I don't say that though - Iranian people I've met are beautiful, kind and warm-hearted, and so are Asian people I've met. Again, every culture has their sweethearts and their a-holes.

Why should being liked by Americans be important? From the look of things it appears Americans only like themselves and we are fine with that.
