My drive- way is going to be 60 m2 the sand has to be 5cm thick The mot needs to be 10cm thick how many tons of each do I need.

hi martin, hows things i have worked it out what you need to do your drive way, you need 12 and a half tons of mot, and 6 tons of sand, that works out just right for the size of drive way, ok mate,

work out your M2 ok theres 2,25 tonne per M2

60 x .15 = 9 cubic metres
6 m for mot 13 ton
3m for sand 6 ton

4 tones of grit and 8 tones of mot
