Memory Stick Duo reader for SD or USB?

I have a Dell Inpsrion E1405 with an SD card slot. Are there any readers that will convert the SD slot to Memory Stick Duo? If not, what is a good USB Memory Stick Duo reader?

Any CompUSA or BestBuy would have SanDisk readers for the format you want.

Keep in mind that SD cards are SMALLER than Memory Stick
