Love is different for everyone... So in that sence, there really isn't a definition for it... But I've noticed that love has been used to describe that feeling of emptiness when your partner isnt around, a longing for them, the way that one word from them can make you smile, or how a smile from them could make the whole world light up... Love is a mental thing and no one can tell you what love is supposed to be like or what it IS... If you really feel strongly toward someone you are in a relationship and you believe that it's love, it most likely is.

Hi, AJ! Wow. No easy questions from you today, huh?
My definiton... Love is when you care about the loved one as much as you care about yourself. You wish them well, and are sad when they are sad, glad when they're happy, etc. Love doesn't try to own anyone. It just is.
The only other thing I can add that you won't hear all the time (maybe) is: People are not things. They can not be "taken". They go where they want to be.
Hang in there, kiddo! You'll be just fine! }:>

Love is knowing you found somebody who means more to you than even yourself. It is wanting to put that persons wants and needs ahead of your own. It is a feeling that makes you happy just thinking about that person or seeing that person. It is feeling blue when you are missing that person. It is wanting to do special things for that person just because. Love should not make you feel obligated, but generous and caring.

Love is amazing. You know when you find it. You would do anything for that other person, even give up your own life. You want to spend every minute with them. You don't try to change them, because you love them for them. You just feel good whenever he or she is around you <3

Love - a wildly misunderstood although highly desirable malfunction of the heart which weakens the brain, causes eyes to sparkle, cheeks to glow, blood pressure to rise and the lips to pucker. ~Author Unknown

Love is...love. It's just indescribable. It's amazing. It's grand. It's when you feel your heart racing when the special someone touches you, even if it was merely a brush of the fingers. It's when you'd do anything for the person. It's when you'd DIE for the person.

It's when you finally feel...alive.

Its that feeling of butterflies that you get when you kiss that other person, and the smile you can't help from having when you see that person. Its that gazed over look in your eyes when your lips have left the other persons. Its what makes your heart beat a thousand miles a minute.

It is when the person you are with could touch you and send crazy chills through your body. When you could be totally brutally honest and they wont judge you. Someone who ,when you are apart , you can't wait for that moment in the day to here there voice or see them.
