Anne, it's more feminine and I've always been fascinated with the story of Anne Boleyn.

I don't care for Regan. I'm not a fan of unisex names or using surnames as first names.

Anne is much more versatile and you can also use many of the names that Ann is short for. You also need to look to the future and your daughter's earning potential. As an Anne, she will simply have more opportunities than as a Regan. People will be able to spell her name and that matters when you are getting a job.

Anne means POOP in farsi. LOL. However, I still prefer Anne to Regan. Regan is ugly.

they are both good names but i would probably go for Regan because lets face it there aren't to many people with that name. And remember Anne Boleyn was beheaded. So either way it is up to you.

Regan is a very pretty name, and yet unusual. Anne sounds too formal.
