That's porn, and yes, it's wrong.
The girl would seem happy, she's been told by her parents that it's a good thing to do. She doesn't know any better. It's disgusting, but there are sick people out there.
Whoever sent you the link should be arrested too, god knows what else he has access to.
I've spent a lot of time on the net and NEVER seen anything remotely like that, so someone has got to be looking and know where to look to have something like that.

The seedy truth is, at least for the moment, the types of photos you saw are not considered illegal in the U.S.A. However, legal pressure has recently come to bear on those photographers and parents who take advantage of the innocence of these underage girls; not so much because of the photos taken, but because evidence of sexual abuse and financial fraud has come to light. The sexual abuse is self-explanatory, but the financial fraud is due to promises made to the girls that they will become famous and beautiful models, or have money for college; all of which, of course, never happens. The photographer, and sometimes the parents, get rich from the sale of the photos, and the girls never see a dime.
What can you do? Write personal letters to your government representatives. If you live in the U.S.A., these would be your state reps and senators, as well as your Washington reps and senators. If you don't know who they are or where to write to, ask your parents, teachers, or visit your state's website, and also www.house.gov and www.senate.gov. Write to your representatives just as you wrote to us. No need for formal language, either. Frankly, they love getting real letters from real people!

First of all hey are not considered good parents. That is just sick. Posing for a picture is one thing but to have her legs open and all? No way in hell. Personally????I consider it to be a child porn picture. I'm sure that their is worse pics of kids but that just ain't right. Their is ways to report things like that. Did you ever consider turning it in? I wouldn't think twice about it. I have a 2 year old daughter and the thought just makes me sick

I think if it was minimal clothing and a suggestive pose you could probably argue it's porn despite porn typically means showing the breasts (nipple specifically) and vagina.
The parents could allow the child to do it because they didn't realize when it was occurring. Like parents who take pictures of toddlers being really cute but the toddlers naked. I think every parent has at least one picture of their child naked in and out of a bathtub. This could be considered kiddy porn but that is not the intention when it was taken or when it is shown.

That is very sad for the little girl. Some parents these days are very sick & will do anything for money. In some cases the children have been kidnapped for these sick things. If I were you I would report this to someone asap, to help save a poor child life!

umm...super disgusting...i guess it's legal if they have a contract and permission from the government and parents.
some parents are so desparate and hungry for money (whether they have any or not) so they wouldn;t mind their little daughter wearing these "clothes" and posing in this disgusting way,,she may be happy, cuz she's forced to be or they;ve manipulated her or bribed her.
and I;ve seen on a tv show about child porn and they say the us government allow them to take photos of girls like the one we;re talking about if she has this much covered

You should report it anyway like others have said.
But when you said the pictures looked "professional". That got me thinking. Are you sure those weren't photoshop pics? Because there are perverts out there who can and do that. They just take a picture or actually go looking up girls' pictures online. And if you're good, you can make photoshop pictures look really real and professional.

Parents who desperately need the money for food, etc. Or maybe for drugs. Could be much worse, many parents actually pimp their own young children, with or without porn. In many poorer nations, that's commonplace. Or even sell them permanently into slavery. Looking at it from the other side, why do young people become prostitutes or porn actors?
But it's more likely the parents weren't involved, just a neighbor.
Courts have ruled that even implying that something sexual is involved is illegal if it involves children, but that's a case by case matter.

Parents are not always nice, sorry. Work in Family Court -- you'd be amazed by what I see. The money is often the most important thing. And child porn can be a borderline issue depending on how much "exposure" there was.

I would call your local police station and ask for the correct person's email address to forward this link. Tell them where you got it from. And do it soon. This little girl could be in danger!!!!
