I am asking for both sides from each person. There are good and bad things about pot. It should be legalized because it helps people to relax. A reason it shouldn't be legalized is you get addicted to it and turn into a robot if you're not careful.

it is legal in some states it also comes in different forms, many cancer patients are treated with marinol/cannabis which helps with nausea and such. I think it should be legalized for medicinal use. As any other drug it could be abused.

I think it should be legal. I dont look at cannabis as a drug or dope. Its a plant, natural herb that grows. They only reason they have legalized it yet is b/c they can not find out how to tax it, plus the "man" will not be able to profit on it, like medication. Cannabis is already out there and ANYONE can get it. So I think it will stay illegal.
